Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items from our inventory cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Archery strings (due to customization and wear concerns)
  • Gun care products (chemicals and cleaners)
  • Apparel with removed tags or signs of wear
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return mailing address (374 Clair Street, Waco, TX 76701, USA)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • Original packaging and all accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation or RMA number

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping if eligible)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare as a misfired arrow from our quality gear), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
